Smoke Cessation Sessions
What happens in a private
session?
We will discuss your concerns and smoking history.You
will learn a simple, 10 second method of self hypnosis which you can
use wherever you are, any time you get the urge. You will receive a
deep, personalized hypnotic session with suggestions designed for
your particular situation. You'll get a CD of the hypnotic portion of
the session. If you listen to it as you fall asleep at night,
it will ensure a relaxing sleep and reinforce the suggestions given
in the session.
The fee for an individual session is $150. Most people
choose to stop after one session. If you want a follow up, you may
pay $200 in advance for two sessions.
