Phone Hypnosis is an easily accessible and effective way to help you achieve your goals in the privacy of your own home, at a convenient time.

Typical applications are: insomnia, learning and memory improvement, peak athletic performance, pain relief, self confidence, stress management, habit control: stop smoking, weight reduction or nail biting, etc.

Before Your Phone Session:

Call me for a brief consultation to see if phone hypnosis will be helpful for you. There is no charge for this cconsult.

At that time we can set a mutually convenient appointment for a hypnosis session over the telephone.

Your Phone Hypnosis session is approximately 60 minutes long (a portion of which you are actually in hypnosis), and includes email consultation and support as well as a reinforcement tape or CD of your session for a fee of $150. You initiate the phone call at the agreed upon date and time.

Follow up Phone Session:

Your Follow up Phone Hypnosis session is approximately 30 minutes long (a portion of which you are actually in hypnosis), and includes email consultation and support as well as a reinforcement recording of your hypnosis session.

Follow up Phone Session Fee: $85.
